No. [11]). Since then, not much has happened. Plaintiff has not obtained a summons, let alone served process on Defendant. Plaintiff has not requested alternate service of process, either. The Court denied Plaintiff's motion to file under seal on April 1, 2025, more than a month ago. Plaintiff has filed nothing since. The case is languishing. While the Court set a deadline of May 31, 2025 for an initial status report (Dckt. No. [14]), the Court expects Plaintiff to move a case forward before the initial status report.
