Accordingly, the Court directs Plaintiff to file a supplemental memorandum explaining propriety of joinder pursuant to Estee Lauder Cosmetics Ltd. v. Schedule A, Case No. 19-cv-7878, 2020 WL 433870 (N.D. Ill. Jan. 27, 2020) (Chang, J.). The supplemental memorandum should also address Plaintiff's likelihood of success on the merits as to these defendants under 15 U.S.C. § 1116(a).
